Please try the following:

Launch Google Play from your mobile device, Locate SAFETY4SEA Plus and then tap Update.

If there are no updates available, please try restarting your device. Push and hold your power button until the menu Power Options appears. Then, tap Restart to Close all apps and restart your phone.
