Is my current OS version compatible with the SAFETY4SEA Plus app?

The minimum OS required for compatibility:

  • iOS: iOS 12+
  • Android OS: 6.0+

For iOS devices:

  1. You can check your OS version by going to ‘Settings’ > ‘General,’ then tap ‘About.’
  2. Under your ‘Name,’ there should be a section for ‘iOS Version.’

If it reads ‘12.0’ or above, you’re clear to play! If it is below ‘12.0,’ please update to the latest version of iOS.

For Android devices:

  1. You can check your OS version by opening the Settings app.
  2. Near the bottom, tap ‘About phone,’ and navigate to ‘Android Version.’

If the Android version reads ‘6.0″ or above, you’re clear to play! If your Android version reads below the ‘6.0’ version, please update to the latest version of the Android OS.

Note: SAFETY4SEA Plus App will not work if your device is not compatible with the supported OS versions.
